Information we process
- Account details such as your name, email address and authentication records.
- Restaurant branding, menus, dishes, prices, labels and files you choose to upload.
- Published menu snapshots and stable public menu identifiers.
- Subscription identifiers, status and billing dates received from Paddle. Menudora does not store card numbers.
- Essential technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, save and publish menus, produce requested exports, provide subscription access, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and respond to support requests.
Service providers
Paddle processes checkout, tax, invoices, subscription management and payment support as merchant of record. Email delivery and hosting providers process the information needed to provide their services. Sentry receives scrubbed error diagnostics only when configured. Google Analytics loads only after an explicit analytics choice and is limited to the public acquisition funnel; advertising storage and personalization remain disabled.
Public menus and owner responsibility
Information you publish appears without a login at its public menu URL. Draft changes stay private until you publish them. Restaurant owners choose and confirm all dietary and allergen labels.
Retention, security and requests
We retain account and menu information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. We use access controls, encrypted network connections and tenant-scoped database queries. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Contact the address above to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction-record obligations.
